Learning Italian in Rome

My stay in Rome was most enjoyable.Lina is a person who loves life and the feeling was infectious. I had unusual requests : I wanted to learn all I could about Etruscan civilization, I wanted to find as many examples of the art work of Caravaggio as possible. All of my expectation were met and more.We had a great visit to the Cerveteri necropolis site and to many many art and archaeological museums.,I wanted my lessons to be conversational and we seemed to talk non stop on a wide variety of topics - a way to increase one's vocabulary. Of course I got to visit all of the traditional sites of Rome and, on my own, attended the opera 2 nights.
Lina wanted to include me in her weekly tango session but I had to decline - I'm not much of a dancer but I bet it would have been fun.
